Also because it was Mother's Day and my Birthday.
Mother's Day was really fun. My mom watched the babies and my grandparents took Porter overnight so Jason and I could go out the weekend before. Then on Sunday my Grandma's came over for dinner. Jason gave me a pink KitchenAid and KitchenAid hand mixer that I wanted, also pink! Porter picked out the matching pink measuring cups! Porter also made me this at school....Nice smile, huh?

Jason had school on my birthday so we went out to dinner and a movie the day before. He also took me shopping and got me some cute clothes and shoes. On my actual birthday I got to go to dinner with my best friends.
Anyway enough about me.
These cute little things turned seven months on the 12th.

They are getting really fun and their personalities come out more and more everyday it seems.

Most exiting news: Aubree can crawl! Well pretty much. Its a funny uncoordinated crawl but a crawl none the less! With her belly off the ground and all. She has also found her voice and jabbers a lot, and still growls a lot too. Her two little bottom teeth are up all the way and I think she may be getting a top one.

Luke is moving around really well now, finally. He also waves bye-bye. Still no sign of any teeth.
Both babies are still sleeping good through the night for the most part. Sometimes Luke wants to be up and going for the day at 4AM which is so not cool of him. Both babies usually want to be up by 6AM which is not even close to when I want them to wake up but oh well. We did however wean them of the swaddle which I thought was going to be really hard but ended up not even phasing either one of them.
They absolutely love food. A lot of weird foods too like artichokes. So does Porter. I don't like them (unless they are made into cheesy dip) and Jason had never had an actual artichoke. Isn't that crazy? My dad thought so, so he brought home some artichokes and taught Porter how to eat them. All my kids were crazy about them. Jason liked them too if you were wondering. Aubree has loved almost everything I have given her including cucumbers. She will not eat potato though she makes a face and spits it out (another one of my kids on team Uncle Kevin). Porter won't eat potatoes either, so weird. I can't think of anything Luke won't eat. He even loves lemons. So did Porter when he was a baby. No sour face or anything. These are strawberries on Mother's Day...

Porter started soccer. I had him try his uniform on and he ran to look at it in the mirror. when he saw his reflection he said, "Oh my cutest to Heaven!!" Jason coached his team last game because Porter's coach was out of town. After the game was over Porter said to Jason, "thank you for coaching my team today dad!" He said it about 50 times to Jason that day. It was so cute.
We also went to the zoo on a really nice day. It is so fun to have Jason around so much lately.

They have new dinosaurs at the zoo. Some of them spit water at you. We didn't know how far they could spit and it got Luke in the stroller. He was not amused.

Luke enjoying some birthday cake. He got more on his face then in his belly, thankfully. When he wants what you are eating his eyes get big and he flaps his arms like a bird.

Aubree sharing my apple. When she wants what you are eating she says, "mmmmmmmm" at you until you give in and the second you take it away she says, "mmmmmmmm" again until she gets more. (Porter took this picture.)

I know this picture is blurry but don't Porter and Aubree look alike?

Porter had to go put his Raider shirt on too.

That was all really random. I just wanted to catch up.

SO fun to hear what is going on! I am jealous of all the pink things you got. I love pink! I can't believe AUbree can crawl, she is a go getter! Also, you feed them regular food now? We do it sometimes, but I am not really sure how much to do that. I wish we could wean ours fomr the swaddle, but more importantly me!
