Oh I just love this boy! His shirt used to be Jason's! Can you believe his mom saved it? I love it! He has a blue one and a yellow one too. He is so vintage via 1985 ish.
His pre-school teacher sent home a book that had some questions she had asked all the kids. Here is a little get-to-know-Porter....
1. The colors I like are red and green.
2. My favorite food is oatmeal.
3. A fun toy I have is my stuffed animals.
4. An animal I like is a bear.
5. I enjoy watching the Backyardigans.
6. My best friend is Uncle Kevin.
Porter is seriously such an awesome kid and an amazing big brother. I know I say that all the time but he just really is. He amazes me everyday. He also cracks me up everyday. Here are a few things he said today that made me chuckle....
1. That was not a long enough night for me.
2. Don't you want to take one of the babies with you so you won't be lonely?
3. Some people don't really like the Easter Bunny because he brings them too much candy. (Porter has asked that the Easter Bunny bring him Oatmeal, Peanuts and oranges! AND a fake oven.)
4. Come thirsty leave happy. Thats what they say about Utah.
5. Aunt BB is nicer then you and you are crazier then Aunt BB. You are crazed out!
6. Are you kidding me!?! Its freezing down here! Don't you want to come get in this blanket with me?
7. (I asked Porter if he was done with his sandwich.) P, "My belly is like a sandwich puzzle and its all done." Me, "Your belly is like a puzzle?" P, "I'm full mom."
8. At lunch with my mom and sister we all ordered diet coke and Porter ordered chocolate milk. The waiter said, "OK three diet cokes with lemon and a chocolate milk?" Porter said, "A chocolate milk with apple."

He is so spot on about Aunt BB...I am pretty nice. The sandwich puzzle comment blew my mind. That's deep, man. He's got a profound way of thinking sometimes. J's old shirt looks way cute on him! Way to go for his mom for saving them.
You forgot to say how uncle Kevin is his best friend according to the book. Being good at super Mario apparently can get you up there.
I love that kid too! And Porter was still punking grandpa about Kevin being the rock star at Mario last night! Britney - I think he says these things about the food/stomach puzzle because he is genius and he knows you can't argue with that type of logic! He is the BEST big brother and is so awesome.
