Poor Sister Sue

No wonder Aubree hasn't been sleeping all that well lately and has been a grump. She is sick! My poor teeny tiny girl is sick. It is pretty much the saddest thing ever. EVER! She has a double ear infection and the doctor we saw today said she is probably in a lot of pain. We got an RX for amoxicillin, the pink medicine. What kid dosen't love the pink medicine? Oh I'll tell you, Aubree. She hates it, maybe all 4 month old babies would? We also got an RX for some ear drops that numb her ear and they seem to help a ton. She won't eat and all she wants to do is sleep but she can't. except for now she has been asleep for over five hours since she got some tylenol and the ear drops. Guess that means she probably won't sleep tonight and Jason is on the graveyard shift at the hospital. No sleep for me tonight. Oh well. I don't even care as long as Aubree finally gets some much needed rest. Heres hoping she'll eat too.

I brought Luke with us for the doctor to check him out as well. did you know when you have twins you have to pay two co-pays at the doctor? I guess it makes sense but it sucks especially since we were just there a week ago for there well baby check. Anyway, Luke is fine. She was shocked that he didn't get sick with Aubree, but I'm not so sure he isn't. He has a little bit of a runny nose, which was NOT one of Aubree's symptoms but still. If he starts coughing I just might die.

Porter keeps getting out of bed tonight, which is not a really common thing for him. I just had to threaten no Mario or pbskids.org on the computer tomorrow if he gets out again. Please please please let him stay in bed because what am I going to do with him all day tomorrow if he dosen't and I have to really not let him play MARIO!

Porter went to do a running diving somersault on the hardwood floor today and that did not go well. He cried like it was the end of the world, also not a common thing for him. In the midst of his tears he said, "I just NEED to get OUT OF THE HOUSE!" Poor kid. My mom and dad to the rescue! They took him to the rec center and signed him up for soccer.

I really wish my husband was home a lot more often. Can you imagine if he does ever get deployed and I don't live by my family? I just got sick to my stomach even mentioning it. Speaking of deployed... we won't get his list of places to chose to live from the Air Force until MARCH! OK so its next month, but still! And I have no real faith that we will even see it in March.

Woe is me tonight - but mostly woe is my poor baby girl!

I felt so bad for little Auber Bob. Especialy knowing every time she cried she was telling us her ears hurt :(...
I can't wait to see Porter play soccer. I hope he loves it as much as Britney, Kevin and Grandpa Jeff. It's so fun to watch little kids play soccer.
