Ba-Log

Aubree is on the mend. She is back to her sleeping, eating, smiling self. EXCEPT she and Luke have the worst coughs and boogery noses. So far Luke seems okay. He is still acting like himself and eating. I am just so paranoid about all this because it seems like everyday I hear of someone else I know that has had to take their kid to the hospital for RSV. Come on babies get better and keep breathing!

In Porter news:

My grandparents came and picked Porter up on Thursday around noon and just brought him back tonight. They are seriously LIFE SAVERS! Porter really needed the attention and to get out of the house. He had a blast and didn't want to come home, but when he got here he gave me a huge hug and told me he missed me. I don't blame him at all for not wanting to come home. My grandparents are the funnest and are always on the go. I never wanted to come home from a stay at their house either.

They took Porter on trax to the church museum downtown. Apparently they have a new children's area that is super cute and Porter loved it. They ate at the Blue Lemon. Porter and my grandpa built a snowman and went around the block a billion times on Porter's bike, his razor, and on foot. How amazing is that that my 70 something year old grandpa rides his bike with Porter and races with him! I love it! My grandparents are so amazing! I feel like they can keep up with Porter better than I can! They also took him to church and to the zoo! Now that is a jammed packed couple of days and Porter needed it.

He is growing up so fast I just can't even stand it. Tonight he was telling me about the zoo and he said, "giraffe." It really struck me that he was growing up because he used to say ba-graffe. He does, or used to, do this funny thing where he would exchange the first sound of certain words with ba. My sisters and I would make him say all the words we could think of that he did that to because it was so cute.

For example:

Police= ba-plice
Garage= ba-grage
Surprise= ba-prise
Luigi= ba-uigi

You get the idea. Its a sad day when your kid can pronounce giraffe all perfect like.

ALSO- Porter had his last swimming lesson last week and his teacher told me, and I quote, "Porter is thee best behaved kid I have ever met!" Woot woot! Shout out to my boy. He is such a good kid.
Love this face!

I love that little face! I totally missed him while I was in Disneyland. What crazy grandma goes to Disneyland without her 4 yr old adorable grandson???? I missed Lukey Luke and Auber Bob too :)

Thank your lucky stars for your Grandparents - they love him as much as any grandparents could love a great- grandchild.
